Butcher Blade
The 鈥淏utcher Blade鈥 applications include beef, pork, fish, and poultry. However it can also be used for dense foams, corrugated cardboard, tubes, packaging materials, polyethelene/polyurethane foams and bubble wrap. The 鈥淏utcher Blade鈥 has a set tooth configuration (one tooth left, one tooth right) with one straight (raker tooth) every third tooth. The teeth are induction-heat treated, to provide a harder cutting surface while the back is left untreated to provide elasticity to the blade structure.
The 鈥淏utcher Blade鈥 material is manufactured using high carbon European mined ore. The chemical composition of the finished product is a unique metallurgical structure exclusive for all Precision Blade products. The finished product includes a unique heat treating process which significantly hardens the blade providing significant extended blade life. Our state of the art manufacturing processes is methodical in guaranteeing every tooth is properly sized, extra sharp and set to precise specifications. 小猪视频 proprietary welding process also delivers a stronger bond which withstands higher feed rates than other blades on the market.
