С����Ƶ ”Pallet Band” is the perfect blade choice for pallet manufacturing. The high carbon content offers superior cutting performance, coupled with unrivaled fatigue resistance. “Pallet Band” possess precision milledteeth, rather than stamped producing a sharper more consistent tooth. The teeth are then induction heat treated to increase the hardness which provides extended blade life. “Pallet Band” tolerates higher feed pressure, allowing the cutting of more raw material in less time than using traditional manufacturing technologies. Every other tooth has a light set with the center tooth being straight (Raker) to clean out the chips as the saw passes through the wood. The recommended product for Pallet Band manufacturing is 1” to 1 1/2” width, .035” to .042” thickness, and 6 or 8 Teeth/Inch (TPI).

“Pallet Band” material is manufactured using high carbon European mined ore. The chemical composition of the finished product possesses a unique metallurgical structure exclusive for all Precision Blade products.
